Hoorfar graduated with a bachelor's of arts degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia. While attending undergraduate school at the University of Missouri - Columbia, Camron L. Hoorfar majored in the field of Political Science. Camron L. Hoorfar is admitted to practice law in the state of Missouri, before the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.     INTRODUCTION

    This e-book is meant to serve as a helpful guide for landlords and tenants regarding the landlord/tenant laws in Missouri. While this is not an exhaustive guide to every possible scenario a landlord or tenant may face, it does cover the most common situations you may encounter and how to handle them.

    Author and attorney Camron Hoorfar, J.D. LL.M. understands how it feels to be on either side of the landlord/tenant situation through his past experience as both a tenant and a landlord. While in undergraduate college and law school, he rented a few apartments. Throughout his time as a tenant, he quickly realized the duties of being a tenant as well as his rights with respect to leased residences.
