Before we begin, a note on measurements. Our first books were very popular in the UK but not in the US because we lacked the necessary measurements to make it easy for our friends in the US to cook our recipes.
This has now been sorted!
We use simple fractions or decimal numbers for part measurements (0.5 for half, 0.33 for third, 0.66 for two thirds, 0.75 for three quarters). We don’t
