    The Academy Award goes to Oscar Goodman after serving as Las Vegas Mayor from 1999 to 2011. His wife Carolyn Goodman became Mayor of Las Vegas in 2011 after receiving the Commitment to Education Award from the United Way of Southern Nevada in 2009. In the film about Las Vegas, Oscar Goodman is the main character. Oscar Goodman was admitted to the Nevada Bar Association in 1965. Each story insists on a protagonist with personality. Greek poets used to refer to as the “protagonistes” as the primary. The chief actors amongst actors who plays the first part. If a Las Vegas films happened to lead with the primary roles being Meyer Lansky, Lefty Rosenthal, or Tony Spilotro, Oscar Goodman would gain access to the award, Best Supporting Actor. His narrative in their story is a focal point designed at survival. Tony Spilotro was an antagonist to Vegas. His villainous way have not only made him popular, but famous. The Made Man in the Mafia, Chicago’s assassin, and Tony the enforcer is now seen by tourists as a hero worthy of museums. Vacationers follow trails to Spilotro’s jewelry store. Even if his Gold Rush jewelry store no longer exists. Vacationers want to know where he did business. Vacationers want to eat in his Italian restaurant. Spilotro helped in blowing up Lefty’s Cadillac. Visitors to Vegas want to know where the Cadillac exploded. Their eyes stare at the ground around the car to see if there are traces of burned metal, melted seat covers, or fragments of automobile engine. Oscar Goodman defended these characters.
