Reid DeFever is a professional musician, performer, composer and instructor with over 25 years experience. Drumset was his gateway instrument into music as a full time career. Reid earning his Bachelor of Music degree in Percussion Performance from California State University Northridge in 1997 after which he began touring internationally. He has several solo CD releases in the World, Orchestral, Rock and Electronica genres. He has recorded on countless tracks for amazing and diverse artists, composed for TV and Film, designs and building his own instruments including: tabla, taiko, The Octopus Chamber, cajonbeks, and New Moon Drums.
