Various Cookie Recipes
Dates Cookies
Ingredients:
½ cup oil
3 cups flour
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup melted butter
½ cup warm water
Ingredients of Dates-Cookies Filling
½ kilogram of dates
½ cup butter
1 tablespoon anise
Dates-Cookies- Preparation Directions:
Get a deep bowl.
Combine flour, baking soda, sugar, and water together in the bowl, and keep stirring the mixture.
Add melted butter and oil to the mixture; and stir thoroughly until coherent dough is formed.
Dates-Cookies-Filling Preparation Instructions:
Mix butter, dates, and anise in another bowl.
Split the dough into two pieces.
Using the rolling pin, spread the cookie-dough over a floured-surface, till the dough has a rectangular shape; do the same with the other piece of dough.
Distribute the dates filling over each dough piece, and properly roll the dough in a circular shape.
Cut the dates-stuffed dough into small triangle-shaped pieces.
Place the dates cookies triangle-shaped pieces in an oven pan. Then put the pan in the oven, preheated to 350 degrees, and wait until the cookies are baked. Serve the dates cookies.
Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
1 packet tea cookies
2 small cups water
4 tablespoons sugar
1 Dream cream packet
Unsweetened cocoa
Grated pistachio for the garnish
Chocolate Cookies Preparation Instructions:
Get a deep bowl to combine the unsweetened cocoa, sugar, and water. Mix well.
Cover the Cookies with the prepared chocolate blend.
Place the first layer of Cookies in the serving pan.
Pour a layer of Dream cream over each Cookies layer. Repeat the same process till the prepared blend is finished.
Refrigerate chocolate Cookies layers until firm.
Anise-Cookies
Ingredients:
18 tablespoons flour
14 teaspoons sugar
1 small cup oil
1 tablespoon grinded anise
1 tablespoon baking powder
4 eggs Sesame
Anise Cookies Preparation Instructions:
Beat eggs, add sugar, and continue beating the mixture.
Combine oil, eggs, baking powder, flour, a tablespoon of water, and stir the ingredients well.
Grease a heating pan with few drops of oil.
Pour the blend in the greased pan.
Sprinkle the anise and sesame over the Cookies surface.
Put the pan in a medium-heat oven, and leave till baked.
Get the pan out of the oven; cut the anise Cookies linearly and serve.
Condensed Milk and Cream Cookies
Ingredients:
1 liter condensed milk
200 grams cream
3 large powdered milk
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon Nescafe
2 packets of tea Cookie-crumbs
Condensed Milk and Cream Cookies Preparation Instructions:
Put the Cookie crumbs in a deep heating-pan.
Place the pan on stove and stir all Ingredients until thoroughly mixed and creamy.
Add the condensed milk and cream blend over the Cookies gradually.
Refrigerate the condensed milk and cream Cookies for 3 hours.
Serve the Cookies.
Custard and Jam Cookies
Ingredients:
1 packet round-shaped Cookies
1 cup custard
Preferred jam
Custard and Jam Cookies Preparation Instructions:
Put the Cookies first in a rectangular pan.
Add custard and chill in the refrigerator until it firms.
Pour jam over the firmed custard; then, add another layer of Cookies.
Return the pan to the refrigerator till the Ingredients firm.
Serve the custard and jam Cookies.
Lemon and Pine Apply Jelly Cookies
Ingredients:
1 liter condensed and sweetened milk
2 tea Cookies packets
2 egg whites
4 tablespoons lemon extract
1 packet of pine apply jelly
Lemon and Pine Apply Jelly Cookies Preparation Method:
Bend milk and lemon, using electric mixer, for 5 minutes.
Lightly beat the egg whites, then, add to the milk and lemon mixture.
Mix the above ingredients well, using an electric mixer; then place the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, crush the Cookies and put it in a serving dish.
Prepare the jelly in the traditional way; refrigerate for 1 hour.
Pour the milk blend over crushed Cookies in the serving mold, and add the firmed jelly.
Now, the lemon and pine-apply jelly Cookies is ready for serving.
