    The author writes in a way that, for me personally, made me want to put what I was learning into practice right away I’ve only been trying some of the techniques for about half a week or so now, but I’m already noticing some slight positive benefits which I find to be very encouraging in regard to wanting to continue with the practice.

    I am new to the practice of meditation and was looking for a book that describes some of the basics to get me started. Although this book is small,it describes some of the methods in good detail . I would recommend this book to anyone starting out meditation for the first time

    I had never used meditation previously before this book. However, I was able to easily employ the techniques referenced in this book to begin my quest for inner peace. Meditation has now become a daily ritual for me. I begin my day with a half hour session and I like to end my day with a half our session. I immediately begun to have better sleep and I am now less stressed throughout the day.

    Amazing starter meditation book, it’s very simple and informative to read. He talks in a way to not make you feel guilty of the things we have missed or don’t do that makes our life better but at the same time encourages to give it a try. I love the book. I definitely recommend it.
