About Harvest of Dreams
As Hannah defies her parents’ wishes and follows her heart into the career she loves, she is distracted by Thomas, an intriguing young novelist who arrives on the scene. His help at a crucial time makes Hannah feel that that there might be something more than friendship afoot, but the unexpected arrival of someone from his past puts her dream out of reach. When thousands of miles and a “clean break” separate her from Thomas, Hannah struggles forward against unexpected setbacks. His reappearance promises the chance to put things right again… but have his feelings for Hannah disappeared?

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This is a mostly lovely story about following your dreams and nurturing the things you love.
SPOILER::
I am not a fan of the semi-love triangle aspect and find it off-putting and odd for the character of Thomas to have kept a girlfriend he “wasn’t into” around for so many weeks after claiming to Hannah that he couldn’t be with her for the sole reason of his upcoming move—seeming to have forgotten to mention he had a girlfriend who was about to “upend her life for him” and come to live in his house just a few days later. That made the story feel quite icky for me through most of the center. But overall, it’s very well-written and sweet, and I suppose slips of character can be allowed—though it felt more like an icky and I’ll-conceived plot device than a necessary story component. - Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This would of been a good story but they were having sex. Good way to ruin a good read!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Not bad! Quick read, but it could use some work on writing.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Enjoyed the story. It was easy to listen to the evolving storyline and the wise grandmother.
