      I have read most all of the Smarty pants romance. I was very disappointed in this very predictable but confusing book. It seems like the main character was undecisive and then confronts the biker man. Split personalityI almost stopped at chapter 2 but was hopeful. Wante of time.

      3/4 in and I'm done. It's not bad, it's just dragging and I'm not interested.

      Sorry to say, not my favorite....I often felt like the narration was more suited for the voice of a 60 year old woman. I also found it difficult to finish with little to no investment into the characters. Also, as a biker, found the stereo type very obnoxious and at times offensive.

      This is the best of the Donner Bakery series. Not only do we get to revisit many Green Valley residents, in this one we actually get a Cletus and Jennifer story line. Unlike the other 2 books in this series, they don't just make an appearance. As much as I enjoyed the first 2 books, this book reminded me why I feel in love with the Winstons and the whole town. Plus, Sophie is adorably quirky and Joel is beautifully tragic. The only downside is that since the story is only told from Sophie's POV, we don't get to hear Chris Brinkley's beautiful accent.
