      I thought the whole plot was way too convoluted and the solution even more so. The interminable discussions by the author and the police about motives and alibis of the main suspects was unnecessarily long and confusing

      The narrator was quite good. The mystery was pretty good.

      The story gets off to a very slow start, so it’s not that good for the first couple of hours!
