- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5A very informative read about how 50 top companies in several different industries are using A.I. and machine learning to improve their business. The author does a good job giving detailed examples of how companies use complex algorithms and machine learning to create virtually sentient machines that can adapt to the user/consumer/client. Also each chapter concludes showing how implementation of these strategies has lead to their success. The narration was a bit dry, but the content is excellent. I recommend 4-5 chapters a day.
