      Hot, sexy erotic romance. I love J. Kenner's writing she is amazing.

      I enjoyed this book. It felt a little fast paced. Sloane is on an off duty assignment for a friend and finds herself in a new world. Tyler is a srude businessman she can't seem to ignore but can't decide to completely trust either. He is the connection to the mystery she is trying to solve. She ends up fighting a growing attraction she is having trouble denying and uncovers that not everything is black and white.Good story, maybe not 100% captivating, it's still an entertaining read. Somewhat predictable as you read but a decent mystery romance.

      Heated is an erotic romance between a handsome, but domineering night club owner called Tyler, and a police officer called Sloane who has come to Chicago in search of a missing friend, who was last seen in Tyler's night club.When they meet the story really heats up, they are instantly attracted to each other.Tyler likes to dominate, he all ways gets what he wants he boasts, but Sloane can hold her own and stand up to him, she want's Tyler but on her own terms. They were great together, I enjoyed this book very much, I look forward to the next story in the series.

      Wow! Kenner delivers another hot and steamy read in her Most Wanted series, and I found that I enjoyed Heated just as much as I did the first book. I really loved how Sloane and Tyler were so different from Evan and Angelina. I also enjoyed the additional conflict of Sloane being a cop. Both Sloane and Tyler were well developed throughout the book, and I really enjoyed seeing both grow as characters as they grew closer. The addition of the mystery of Sloane's missing friend set up these characters meeting and provided them with a common goal. Adding in some hot and steamy love scenes only made the book even more exciting. I can't wait to see what Kenner has in store for book three. Overall Heated was an amazing read that I would most definitely recommend if you are looking for a hot summer read. And while this book is part of a trilogy, I do think it can be read as a standalone although reading book one will add to the experience of seeing the bigger picture.The edition that I had also contained a novella, Take Me, with characters from Kenner's other trilogy. I just wanted to make a few comments regarding it. Take Me was a great treat because it brought the reader back into the world of Nikki and Damien just as their happy day approached. I really loved how Kenner allowed Nikki to face some more of her past demons (her mother) so she can put them past her before the big day. Add in some steamy scenes and of course Damien giving the reader quite a treat.Received a copy of Heated through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

      Meine Meinung:

      Bei Wanted – Lass dich fesseln handelt es sich um den zweiten Band der Wanted Trilogie. Über das Bloggerportal habe ich dieses Rezensionsexemplar erhalten. Vielen Dank dafür.

      Sloane ist eigentlich krankgeschrieben erfüllt ihrer Freundin und gleichzeitig Informantin einen gefallen und fängt an Undercover zu ermitteln. Vermisst wird die Freundin ihrer Informantin. Ihr Weg führ in einen Club an dem Tyler Sharp Mitbesitzer ist. Da Sloane dort nicht weiter kommt, versucht sie es direkt bei Tyler und hat sich den Plan vorgenommen ihn zu verführen. Eigentlich weiß sie das er gefährlich ist. Doch als sie in seine Augen blickt ist dieser Hintergedanke verschwunden. Sie spürt sofort eine Anziehungskraft zu Tyler und kann sich auch nicht wirklich dagegen wehren.

      Die beiden kommen sich immer näher und Sloane ist hin und her gerissen ob es wirklich das richtige ist. Hört dann aber doch immer wieder auf ihr Gefühl. Außerdem möchte sie ja den Verbleib der Vermissten heraus bekommen und das kann sie nur mit Tyler.

      Wanted - Lass dich fesseln schließt eigentlich nahtlos an Band 1 an. Auch die beiden Protagonisten aus Teil 1 werden ab und an noch erwähnt. Man ist sofort im Geschehen wieder drin. Ebenfalls der Mentor Jahn spielt in Band 2 eine kleine Rolle. Man erfährt so noch mehr von ihm.

      Der Schreibstil hat mir auch hier wieder sehr gut gefallen. Er war einfach und leicht zu lesen. Die beiden Protagonisten Sloane und Tyler wurden sehr gut ausgearbeitet. Sloane kommt mit einem großen Selbstbewusstsein herüber. Auch Tyler hat mich von Anfang an überzeugt. Die Story war von Beginn an spannend und interessant. Das knistern der beiden war ebenfalls sofort zu spüren. Die Erotikszenen waren gut zu lesen und kamen nicht zu überzogen daher.

      Das Cover finde ich hier auch wieder sehr gelungen. Ein hautfarbener Hintergrund mit schwarzer Spitze.

      Das Buch enthält von allen etwas was man sich wünscht: Liebe, Erotik, Spannung und auch etwas Action und Drama. Wanted – Lass dich fesseln kann man unabhängig von Band 1 lesen. Man muss halt nur mit rechnen das auch Personen aus Band 1 immer mal wieder auftauchen.

      J. Kenner hat hier wieder ein wunderbares Buch geschrieben was mir angenehme Lesestunden bereitet hat.

Now, toss in a sexy bad boy, who she really can’t read, but wants to get as close to him as possible—for both personal and business reasons? What do you have? Bumps, bruises, delight, and drama.
