Lori! Happy to have you on the cover FHM! Tell us what are some of the things you did to prepare for this shoot? I went on an eight-week diet, which was very strict. I was eating every two to three hours. My diet consisted of protein, vegetables and complex carbs. It was specifically for muscle building, definition and to tighten up my body to photoshoot level. No cheating what so ever. I also increased my workouts, and the level of intensity.
