    He’s rarely seen without a smile on TV, but usually upbeat Dr Chris Brown appeared decidedly down in the dumps while out in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs last week.

    Looking glum as he walked around Bronte, the I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! host’s look turned to worry as he browsed through his phone during a coffee break.

    The photos have sparked speculation there could be trouble in the 42-year-old’s relationship with model Brooke Meredith, 29.

    Just weeks ago, the couple looked strained at the wrap party for I’m A Celeb... in Sydney, before Brooke headed to Byron Bay for her good friend Elyse Knowles’ baby shower.
