TEST TANK WHERE SHIPS ARE BORN... AND NOT ONLY!
Have you asked yourselves how ships or a submarine or a seaplane are designed? You’ll probably think project design work is computer produced to resolve fluid dynamic problems. After all are we not living in a world which is forever getting more and more dominated by technology in terms of digital and virtual applications? But reality has another surprise in store for us. Computers and simulator produced with some of several computer loaded programmes which simulate and resolve the most complicated equations and programmes, obviously already exist and are widely used, still they’re not sufficient enough. To be 100% sure of the results obtained they must be realistically tested in water where the ship or whatever water craft is destined to work in. And more so when new innovative craft are concerned....which in fact happens more frequently than you can imagine. All of this is carried out in a test tank!
