Tahini granola yogurt bowl

1 HOUR | SERVES 8 | EASY |

A cosy, Middle Eastern-flavoured breakfast bowl made with crunchy roasted grains – the wholegrain flakes suggested in this recipe are available from health-food stores or online.

olive oil 4 tbsp
tahini 2 tbsp
ground cumin1/2 tsp
ground cardamom1/2 tsp
dried chilli flakes1/4 tsp
dried thyme1/2 tsp
rolled oats 150g
mixed wholegrain flakes (such as spelt, rye or teff) 100g
whole almonds or shelled pistachios 100g
sesame seeds 1 tbsp
vegan or greek-style yogurt to serve

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS

hummus, herbs, feta, harissa, fresh salad with mixed leaves, fresh tomatoes, red onion, cucumber

• Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4 and line a baking tray with baking paper. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, tahini,/4 tsp of salt, cumin, cardamom, chilli and thyme. Stir in the oats, wholegrain
