Breakfasts (choose one, all serve one)

FRENCH TOAST

Soak two slices of wholemeal bread (from a small 400g loaf) in beaten along with clementine zest, the clementine’s juice, and a pinch of sweetener and cinnamon. Fry in a pan sprayed with low-calorie cooking spray for a few minutes on eachsegments, and dust with ½ level tsp icing sugar and extra clementine zest.
