The Picture

You’re confined at home, but if you start looking around, you’ll still find plenty to photograph, especially if you have pets. This is one of the photographer’s cats taking a nap in the laundry and it’s an image that will be going in a new photo book called Cat Snaps.

editor Paul Burrows says he has always been a ‘cat which was published by Random House Australia. This project involved six months of chasing Sydney’s cats down alleyways, across parks and even through a cemetery. Since then, wherever he travels, Paul is always on the lookout for photogenic cats.
