Join the pudding club

WHILST planning a recent weekend shoot menu I couldn’t quite believe it when I was asked by the host if people still eat puddings – and if we should even bother serving them.

“Yes!” I cried, people love pudding, they expect it… they just don’t like to admit it.

We all know too much sugar is bad for us, however, if you are going to be naughty (in the nutritional sense) a dinner party is the perfect time and place to do it.
