FOREST OF TREASURE

Marathons, bike races, open water swims, triathlons, biathlons, and adventure races have all in my past afflicted vengeance on me. I think by now I have earned the right to choose my source of pain.

I live in the picturesque forests, mountains and valleys of the rural Hhohho region in eSwatini [formerly Swaziland]. What better way of exercising than exploring the nooks and crannies of this beautiful area.
