Jobs Outlook: Steady Gains, Low Unemployment. What About Wages?

Analysts are looking for the economy to continue adding jobs at a steady pace and for unemployment to stay low. But below the headline numbers, they're looking for signs that wages are picking up.

The monthly employment reports are starting to look the same. Jobs are growing. More people are coming back to the workforce. And the unemployment rate is the lowest in decades.

But below the headline numbers,, is finally picking up. So far, they've been disappointed.
