In view: The brotherhood that must reign between all Masons of the Universe Considering: That both Grand Lodges have common ideals and objectives on the face of the globe and in landmark of a new and affective order, with emphasis on necessity of an internal institutional, social and ritualistic relationship of harmony.
THEY DECIDE

To declare the Mutual and Permanent Friendship between the Gran Logia Del Estado de Nuevo Leon Mexico and the Regular Grand Lodge of Texas To declare the Mutual and Permanent Recognition between the two Masonic Authorities, keeping the Sovereignty of its jurisdictions. To promote international Masonic cultural Interchange between both Grand Lodges. To determine the elaboration of Masonic procedures, that establishes operational and administrative labors to be observed and respecting the particular Masonic sovereignty of each Grand Lodge.
