In view: The Brotherhood that must reign between all Masons of the Universe. Considering: That both Supreme Councils have ideals and goals, face globalization and in march a new standing order with emphasis on renewed fraternal relations that are harmonious with Masonic thought.

They Decide:
To declare Permanent Mutual Friendship and Recognition between the Supremo Consejo Confederado Hispano del REAA and the Supreme Council of North America AASRecognizing each of their respective Masonic Power, Sovereignty and Jurisdiction. To promote a cultural exchange between the two Masonic Supreme Councils. To determine the elaboration of Masonic procedures, that establishes operational and administrative labors to be observed and respected among Supreme Councils.
