Tasting Notes: Made from Grenache grapes from a parcel with vines whose average age is around thirty-five years old. The cooler conditions of the vineyard, with an important swing in temperatures from day to night, bring an exceptional fresh and fruity character to our wine. A clean, brilliant colour and a youthful personality that few monovarietals of Grenache can claim, sets it apart from the fashion of excessively impenetrable wines. The nose quickly thrills us for its fruity potential, a whole range of tangy red berries accentuate the excellent, mature nature of the fruit and where the strawberry stands out for its fragrance. Light menthol echoes evoke the subtle touch of good oak. Softness, freshness and the ease of pass are its best qualities on the palate; it is made to be enjoyed not just swallowed. The quality of the tannin and the lively acidity leave the palate ready for the next drink. Best Enjoyed: Served at 16c (60F), the wine shows off all of its freshness and fruit. A 15 minute wait after uncorking it will help wake up the aromas before serving. Such a lively and carefree wine deserves an uncomplicated food pairing. Accompany it with sauted wild mushrooms, salmon en papillote or any dish with impeccable, simply prepared, ingredients. ORGANIC AGRICULTURE D.O. VINOS DE MADRID
