Summary—It has been investigated on how a

prototype would be realized for qualification of
academic notes on a college or a school. In this
phase of investigation it has been achieved to see
how it would be the functioning of an institute
with regard to his form of qualification and of a
simple form to try to outline an offer of shaped
simply to clarify a rapid analysis on how it would
be the functioning of the platform that would start
realizing.
Inside the investigation of the most
fundamental topics, there has been had advising of
the in charge teachers.

Prototype

INTRODUCTION

Ciberboletin is a software project to do in order

to apply knowledge learned during a career in
engineering systems, such as the programming
language we use, databases, object-oriented
programming models and web development.
This paper will discuss what we have
accomplished together over the course of the
semester applying the lessons we have learned.
Here in this article we will reflect on what we have
researched and designed also to visualize the work
to be done in the future.
