Works of H. Dubric at the 18th International Book Fair of La Paz.

The 18th International Book Fair, 2013, "Cultural Heritage of La Paz" will be held from October 9 to 20 at the premises of the New Campo Ferial "Chuquiago Marka", located on the Bajo Seguencoma

The International Book Fair (FIL) in the city of La Paz, has become the largest cultural event in the country, and in a real engine to promote reading and book production in Bolivia, the same year after year, receives a greater number of visitors from around the country. For the second year will be publicly available from La Paz the works of Venezuelan entrepreneur, business consultant and researcher H. Dubric, who placed the public debate, the formula for the formation of a new executive: "It takes executives and entrepreneurs who know how to think with the heart and feel with the brain, for the times ahead will be increasingly critical." This was one of many postulates issued since 1990 when he wrote his first book Birth of a New Executive (Nacimiento de Un Nuevo Ejecutivo).

The focus of his pen.

It should be noted that H. Dubric writer is a comprehensive management issues, as involved in his researches, socials, cultural, economics, political, ecological, among others, that allow the reader or researcher, deepen and reflect on the causes of the events we are seeing at overall, from a serious and verifiable analysis of human nature, in order to provide practical tools that will achieve much desired change in the collective, whatever they may be. In his works, Dubric tells us how to achieve effective management, how to be managers in these crisis times, how to make the best deal of our life, how to overcome corruption; in short gives us techniques and tools to be leaders with real vision strategic, ethics and moral.

History.
"Since 1974 H. Dubric by himself began in Caracas, Venezuela NEW EXECUTIVE formation. Structuring a series of seminars, which was gradually dictating companies; where he was developing as an executive, showing error perennial orthodox and rigid training, that even in the 21st century, the very rails continuous extemporaneous, turning to 'business in a tangle, which must happen all crimes and other illegal, in violation of every principle' as he has outlined in his books. This Venezuelan businessman surprised everyone when he exclaimed: "Modern man has created psychological highways, he travels his designs architectural, political, scientific, religious, economic and social ... BUT HE NEVER IS INVOLVED, made him totally mesmerized by what was achieved and was comprehensive, all-powerful" ...

It means for the first time a writer on management gives us a scalpel to see how we think, feel and act, and realize that the key to success is not circumscribed ever commercial aspects as all we had actually seen. And this shift demonstrates the great courage of H. Dubric being able to go with the greatest respect undressing each existing theories in management training to show that nothing have served, as well the existing disasters show us. Since that time (1974) he visualized the problems that would be faced in this century, products of the errors in the different scenarios that human moves.

Thus in 1990 he wrote his first book called BIRTH OF A NEW EXECUTIVE, where he introduced his FIFTH SYSTEM OF DIRECTION AND MANAGERIAL MANAGING OF FREE INITIATIVE, being published by his own efforts in 2003, which led many to think, that such a proposal would have absolutely no importance (IT ALREADY GOES FOR ITS FIFTH EDITION).

Some of them in those days laughed, since the approaches that this adviser of companies and Venezuelan writer spilt in his writing. It seemed to them to be crazy but on having passed the time they began to get serious faces since all their projections have been fulfilling span to span in a world full of asymmetries: economic, political, social and religious.

From 1.990 this teacher of Managerial topics insisted on "The managerial dynamics in the future century (21st) it will need it in urgent form, different personnel, with aplomb, capable of giving immediate solutions, without harming to third parties to give results and power if it is wanted, to predict future events and to be taking advantage of the opportunities increasingly reduced that appears sporadically; for this reason we need to burn up to the root of these old managerial concepts, untimely that we have received in the different classrooms of class and we have caught our intellect to build in firm area which is the CONSCIENCE. This one is the base and the foundation of our FIFTH SYSTEM OF DIRECTION AND MANAGING OF THE FREE INITIATIVE, which teaches us to develop the authentic STRATEGIC VISION necessary for these times of economic, political and social turmoil".

In short we can say without fear of contradiction that H. Dubric is causing a real REVOLUTION in vocational training. Broke with all the schemes have or might have, moving in a pragmatic, all solutions of any CRISIS, whatever it is called, back inside every human being.
