Clean the pumpkin and cut into cubes. Pour the cold water and let stand until the next day, so the pumpkin is crunchy later. Put into a pot, marinade ingredients and let it boil. Puhasta krvits ja lika kuubikuteks. Vala peale klm vesi ning lase seista jrgmise pevani, nii jvad krvitsakuubikud hiljem krmpsuvad. Pane potti marinaadiained ja lase keema tusta. Lisa krvitsakuubikud ning keeda, kuni need muutuvad lbipaistvaks, kuid on veel veidi krmpsud. Pane krvits purkidesse, vala peale kuum marinaad ja kaaneta kohe.
