Pickled pumpkins

2 kg pumpkin Marinade: 1.5 liters of water 700 g of sugar 1-2 cinnamon sticks 12 grains of cloves 12 blade spice 6 tablespoons of 30% vinegar

Clean the pumpkin and cut into cubes. Pour the cold water and let stand until the next day, so the pumpkin is crunchy later. Put into a pot, marinade ingredients and let it boil. Add the pumpkin and cook until they become transparent, but still a bit crunchy. Put the pumpkin into jars, pour the hot marinade and lid them immediately.

Lisa krvitsakuubikud ning keeda, kuni need muutuvad lbipaistvaks, kuid on veel veidi krmpsud. Pane krvits purkidesse, vala peale kuum marinaad ja kaaneta kohe.
