INGREDIENTS (5 BROWNIES)
Ingredients ( 7 muffins)

2 cups (120 gr) flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 apple , grated 1 cup (100gr) unsalted butter, cut into pieces 7. 1 cups (100gr) granulated sugar 8. 3 eggs, at room temperature 9. 1/2 cup (50gr) chopped walnuts 10. 1/2 cup (80gr) raisins 11. 1 natural yoghurt
1. 1 cups (75gr ) flour 2. 2 teaspoons dark unsweetened cocoa powder 3. 11 ounces (200gr) dark chocolate chopped 4. 1 cup (100gr) unsalted butter, cut into pieces 5. 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder 6. 1 cups (100gr) granulated sugar 7. 3 eggs, at room temperature 8. 1/2 cup (50gr) chopped walnuts 9. 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven 150 degrees.
3. Put the chocolate and butter in a large bowl and put it in the microwave, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and smooth. Take out of the microwave. Add instant espresso powder and stir again.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, the baking powder and cinnamon together.
5. Put the 3 egg on a bowl. Add sugar Whisk until completely combined. 6. Add 3 eggs to the chocolate mixture and whisk until combined.
Add the yogurt, the butter melted to the eggs and whisk until combined.
7. Add the vanilla and the chopped walnuts, then stir until combined.
Add the grated apple, the raisins and the chopped walnuts, then stir until combined.
10. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. 11. Bake for 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies and muffins comes out with a few moist crumbs sticking to it. 12. Let the brownies and muffins cool completely.

WRITE A MESSAGE TO DADDY DECORATE THE PAPER CUT OUT AND MAKE THE BASKET PUT IT ON TOP OF A TOOTHPICK AND WRAP THE BROWNIES AND MUFFINS
